The Tennessee Titans might be in the market for a quarterback this offseason if they part ways with veteran signal-caller Ryan Tannehill, but could Kentucky’s Will Levis be an option?
That remains to be seen, as the only report we’ve seen about Tennessee’s feelings on any quarterback came from ESPN’s Turron Davenport, who reported that the Titans have C.J. Stroud tops on their draft board.
Putting the Titans’ potential interest aside for a moment, Pro Football Focus’ Mike Renner believes Tennessee is the ideal landing spot for Levis in this year’s draft.
Renner also pegs Bryce Young to the Houston Texans, C.J. Stroud to the Carolina Panthers and Anthony Richardson to the Indianapolis Colts.
Think I’ve settled on these as my ideal landing spots for the top QBs:
Bryce Young ➡️ Texans
C.J. Stroud ➡️ Panthers
Will Levis ➡️ Titans
Anthony Richardson ➡️ Colts— Mike Renner (@PFF_Mike) March 5, 2023
Even if the Titans are in love with Stroud or Young, it’s going to be extremely difficult to move up to one of the top two or three picks to get them with so many quarterback-needy teams with a better selection to offer in front of Tennessee.
Levis, on the other hand, figures to be much more attainable, as he’s the third-best quarterback at best in this year’s class.

As far as what Tennessee would be betting on should they end up with the 6-foot-4, 229-pound prospect at No. 11 overall or another spot in the draft, we turn to the Draft Network’s Damian Parson.
Top Reasons to Buy In:
High-octane arm talent
Prototypical mold at position
High-ceiling/upside
Top Reasons For Concern:
Slow processing
Turnovers
Decision-making
Parson also notes in his scouting report that Levis’ best fit offensively is with a team that runs a “pro-style, run-oriented [offense] with play-action shot plays.”
Assuming the Titans don’t drastically change things under new offensive coordinator Tim Kelly, Levis is a good fit.

I’d be hesitant to take him at No. 11 overall, but it’s understandable for some to think he might be worth that pick. If Levis is around on Day 2, Tennessee should pounce.
