Titans’ most intriguing position battles to watch in Preseason Week 2

The position battles Titans fans should be keeping an eye on the most in Preseason Week 2.

After a pair of joint practices between the Tennessee Titans and Tampa Bay Buccaneers — one of which was quite feisty — the two teams will meet in Preseason Week 2 on Saturday night.

While this contest already has a little extra juice because of that bad blood, it did lose at least some of its luster after Bucs head coach Bruce Arians said he didn’t expect his starters to play.

Regardless, we’re looking forward to the game because it is the latest step in the process of determining who will win some of the Titans’ most important position battles.

One of the battles we’re knocking off the list is the one along the defensive line, where 2020 UDFA Teair Tart has shined consistently enough that we have him starting next to Jeffery Simmons and Denico Autry in 2021.

However, there are plenty more positional competitions still going. Let’s see which ones you need to pay attention to the most, and what players are involved in them.
