Titans’ Mike Vrabel won’t meet with media until later this week

Titans head coach Mike Vrabel did not have his typical end-of-year press conference on Monday and will instead meet with the media later in the week.

As the future of head coach Mike Vrabel remains up in the air, the Tennessee Titans announced on Monday that he will not meet with the media until later this week.

The team did not give an exact date and time for the press conference, though.

Vrabel always does an end-of-year press conference on the Monday after the final game of the season, even if the contest falls on a Saturday like it has in each of the past two seasons.

Thus, this is late for his end-of-year presser, so it could signal that change is afoot, or that the Titans just need more time to sort things out.

Vrabel is expected to meet with Titans brass soon, as coaches and executives do at the end of each season. It is then that his fate is likely to be decided.

The latest on Vrabel is that he reportedly is interested in a possible reunion with the New England Patriots. You can read more on that right here.
