It has been a foregone conclusion for a week that the Tennessee Titans were signing wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins after news broke last Sunday, but the team had yet to make it official — until now.

On Monday afternoon, the Titans posted to social media to make it official, complete with a picture of Hopkins signing his contract, along with a video of the veteran wideout expressing his excitement and gratitude to be with Tennessee.

“Man, I feel real good, blessed,” Hopkins said in the video, which you can check out below. “Grateful to be here. Thank you, Nashville, thank you, Tennessee. Let’s get to work.”

In addition to that, the Titans also posted this hype video using scenes from the movie “Air” — don’t tell me this is the 18th-best social media team.

According to reports, Hopkins’ deal is for two years and $26 million, with the ability to make up to $32 million with incentives. However, the structure of that deal remains unknown, although it should be revealed any day now.

Whatever the case may be, the Titans have their man locked down and now the attention turns to training camp, where Hopkins and the rest of the veterans will report on Tuesday, July 25.
