Titans injury report for Tuesday: Tennessee gets some good news

The Titans got some good news on their first injury report of the week.

With the Tennessee Titans’ Week 18 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars being on Saturday night, the two teams released their first injury reports of the week on Tuesday instead of Wednesday.

One name we were hoping to see designated to return from injured reserve on Tuesday was linebacker David Long, but that did not happen. Head coach Mike Vrabel didn’t provide an update, only saying Long wouldn’t practice.

The Titans actually got some good news to start the week, as the slew of key players who didn’t take the field in Week 17 all practiced in some form or fashion.

Cornerback Kristian Fulton, safety Amani Hooker, right tackle Nicholas Petit-Frere and defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons were all limited, while Derrick Henry and Denico Autry returned to a full practice.

Now, a look at the injury reports for both teams from Tuesday with just four days left before their all-important winner-take-all contest this weekend.
