Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry congratulated fellow Alabama product Tua Tagovailoa after he was drafted by the Miami Dolphins with the No. 5 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
Henry posted his message to Tagovailoa on Instagram, via Jim Wyatt of Titans Online.
“Congratulations on being drafted. So happy for you and your family. … Welcome to the NFL. So excited to see what you accomplish and I know good things are in store for you. Good luck on this new chapter.”

There was some thought that Tagovailoa could slip even further than No. 5 overall after suffering a serious, season-ending hip injury in 2019, but he didn’t get past the Dolphins on Thursday night.
Henry was taken in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft out of Alabama, one year before Tagovailoa played his first games for the Crimson Tide in 2017.
The Titans running back is currently set to play out the 2020 season on the franchise tag, unless he and the team can come to together on an agreement on a long-term deal before July 15th.
