Tennessee Titans offensive tackle, Dennis Kelly, welcomed a new addition to his family this week.
On Tuesday, Kelly took to Instagram to announce the birth of his daughter, Emilia Reese “Emmy” Kelly, who was born on Monday.
That photo is absolutely priceless.
Kelly is set to be a free agent this offseason and depending on what happens with right tackle, Jack Conklin, he may or may not be returning to Nashville in 2020.
As much as the Titans would like to keep both and secure the solid depth the team had with Kelly as a backup in 2019, the cap situation may not allow it and Kelly is likely looking to start instead of being a backup once again.
If the Titans were to allow Conklin to walk, Kelly would be a solid and much cheaper option at right tackle. If the Titans decide to keep Conklin, Kelly would almost certainly be moving on to another team in free agency.
Kelly has already proven he can be a starter in this league after a stellar 2018 campaign that saw him fill in for an injured Conklin with great success. And, with the demand for quality offensive linemen being what it is, Kelly could easily find a starting job on the open market.
