The Tennessee Titans dropped to 8-7 with a 38-28 loss to the New Orleans Saints on Sunday in Nissan Stadium, but the game didn’t have an incredible impact on their chances of making it into the playoffs.
The Titans have no chance of winning the AFC South at this point, but can clinch the final playoff spot in the conference with a win over the Houston Texans on Sunday.
This will mark the second meeting between the two teams in the 2019 season.
The Texans won the last one, 24-21 in Nissan Stadium in Week 15’s matchup.

Houston is now on a two-game winning streak after the victory over Tennessee, and a 23-20 road win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Saturday.
Even if the Titans do fall to the Texans on the road this week, they can still get into the postseason.
With an 8-8 finish, the Titans are in with losses from the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Indianapolis Colts. FBI gives this scenario a 59.1% chance of coming to pass.
The Steelers face the Baltimore Ravens this week, while the Colts take on the Jacksonville Jaguars as their final game of the season.
