Could the Tennessee Titans and New York Giants hold joint practices ahead of their Week 2 preseason game in 2020?
Giants beat writer, Dan Duggan of The Athletic, seems to think there’s “a strong possibility” that could happen.
Giants play at Tennessee in the second preseason game. Think it's a strong possibility that they have joint practices (assuming camp proceeds as planned) https://t.co/RhtnRlMIZz

Not only do the Titans play the Giants in the preseason in Nashville — which would mean the practices would take place at Saint Thomas Sports Park — but the two teams also have another connection of note.
Titans general manager Jon Robinson and new Giants head coach Joe Judge both spent time in the New England Patriots’ organization and their respective tenures overlapped, so they are familiar with one another.
In 2019, the Titans held joint practices with the Patriots before the pair’s meeting in the second week of the preseason.
And, as we all know, there are several Titans, including Robinson and head coach Mike Vrabel, who have connections to the Patriots’ organization and that likely helped pave the way for joint practices to take place.
On a Zoom call on Wednesday, Vrabel stated that there have already been discussions about joint practices and he hopes that the Titans can meet up with at least one team, or as many as two.
Of course, the biggest thing standing in the way of any joint practices — and training camp in general — in 2020 are the potential restrictions that could still be in place because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
However, if those restrictions are eased or lifted and training camp takes place as normal, we could see Big Blue and the boys in two-tone blue practicing together in August.
