Actor Timothée Chalamet is about to have a very busy fall, as he’s set to lead the upcoming Dune: Part Two in November and the upcoming Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory prequel Wonka in December.
We got our first major look at the latter on Tuesday, as Warner Bros. debuted the trailer for Wonka, directed by Paddington filmmaker Paul King.
The film goes back into Wonka’s past and shows (with plenty of whimsy and chocolate) how the candy magnate got started in his confection-filled career.
Also starring in the film are Hugh Grant, Olivia Colman, Sally Hawkins, Keegan Michael-Key, Rowan Atkinson, Matt Lucas, Paterson Joseph and Jim Carter.

After the trailer premiered, Chalamet had a pretty funny tweet about Grant playing an Oompa Loompa in the movie.

As you’d imagine, the trailer got plenty of excited reactions for folks who might’ve been skeptical about this one before getting a first look at what Chalamet and King have been cooking up.
