Tennessee will kick off the 2020 season Sept. 26. The SEC announced that a 10-game conference-only schedule will be played.
The SEC also announced that fall training camp practices will begin Aug. 17.
Tennessee’s 2020 schedule will now consist of having two more SEC West opponents. The two new SEC non-divisional opponents for Tennessee will be announced on the SEC Network at 6 p.m. ET.
Tennessee finished the 2019 campaign with an 8-5 record (5-3 SEC) and a victory over Indiana in TaxSlayer Gator Bowl. The Vols will look to continue its six-game winning streak after defeating South Carolina, UAB, Kentucky, Missouri, Vanderbilt and Indiana to conclude the 2019 season.
