Tiger Woods walks off course T-22 when Masters second round was suspended

Tiger Woods, 4-under at T-22, walked off the course on the 10th hole when play was suspended due to darkness on Friday.

Tiger Woods is in prime position to defend his Masters title this weekend.

The 15-time major champion – looking for a record-tying sixth green jacket – was well inside the cut line on Friday evening when the second round of the Masters was suspended due to darkness. Woods walked off the course on the 11th hole at even par for his round, T-22 at 4 under for the tournament.

At the time play was called, Abraham Ancer, Cameron Smith, Justin Thomas and Dustin Johnson all sat atop the leaderboard at 9 under.

The second round is set to resume at 7:30 a.m. ET Saturday morning, with the third round to follow. Currently, the projected cut – which changed this year – is sitting at even par.
