Thursday injury report for Washington vs. Packers, Week 7

Antonio Gibson and Terry McLaurin returned to practice on a limited basis.

The Washington Football Team and Green Bay Packers released their second injury reports of the week on Thursday. Both teams saw key players return to practice on a limited basis, while Washington still had three starters miss practice.

Washington Football Team

  • Antonio Gibson, Terry McLaurin and Ricky Seals-Jones all returned to practice on a limited basis. That’s good news regarding their status for Week 7. Gibson’s shin injury is a lingering issue.
  • Brandon Scherff and Sam Cosmi did not practice. They will likely remain out in Week 7. Scherff’s injury was reported to be a 2-3 week injury, and this would be the third game he’s missed.
  • Wide receivers Cam Sims and Curtis Samuel remain out. Samuel doesn’t appear close to returning.
  • Charles Leno and Jonathan were full participants on Thursday.

Green Bay Packers

  • Safety Darnell Savage was back at practice on Thursday. He was limited. That’s a good sign for his availability for Sunday.
  • Preston Smith missed practice for the second consecutive day.
  • Kevin King was limited again on Thursday.
