Auburn is in the mix to land one of the top 2025 products from the state of Mississippi.
[autotag]Mario Nash[/autotag], a three-star offensive lineman from DeKalb, Mississippi, recently released his top-10 list, which includes Auburn. Auburn remains in the hunt to hopefully poach Nash away from his home state, where both Ole Miss and Mississippi State are working to keep him in-state.
Nash told Chad Simmons of On3 that Auburn, as well as the remainder of his top-10 list, fits a certain mold that he is looking for in a program.
“It is the way they can help me develop and become the player I want to be,” Nash said in a recent interview with On3. ” I like the coaching, the culture, the history, and the academic side of things as well at these schools.”
As it stands currently, Mississippi State is the school to beat for the 6-6, 275-pound product. The Bulldogs have a 33.4% chance to sign Nash according to On3’s Recruiting Matchup Predictor, followed by Florida State, Ole Miss, and Virginia Tech.
Nash is a three-star offensive lineman by On3 and 247Sports and is a four-star by Rivals. He is the No. 26 offensive tackle by On3’s composite rankings and the No. 13 overall product from Mississippi for the 2025 cycle.
