Third Star: K.D Johnson

Johnson deserves praise for today’s game with the context of Auburn’s last game.

Johnson went 0-14 from the field against Texas A&M, which of course included going 0-6 from three. He bounced back nicely in Friday’s game, though, netting 10 points, seven assists, and landing two of his six three-point shots. Johnson stepped up big from his performance in the SEC Tournament, and what should certainly be a surge of confidence for Auburn’s next game earns him a star.
