Three offensive keys for Penn State against Rutgers

Penn State’s offensive keys to the game this weekend against Rutgers

Penn State may not be playing for much this year outside of a New Year’s Day Bowl and bragging rights but that doesn’t mean there can’t be bright spots to highlight. Sprinkle on top a passing game that finally seems to be coming into its own and you have a complete Penn State offense. That offense has two more showcases in the regular season starting with this week against Rutgers.
