Three former LSU Tigers were selected for the Pro Bowl games next month.

[autotag]Ja’Marr Chase[/autotag], [autotag]Patrick Queen[/autotag] and [autotag]Danielle Hunter[/autotag] were all chosen. Hunter and Chase are no strangers to the Pro Bowl. For Hunter, this is his fourth overall and second consecutive selection. This is round three for Chase, earning the honor every year since he joined the league. For Queen, this is his first trip.

The Pro Bowl looks different than it used to. No longer are players strapping up and playing 11 on 11 football. The format changed dramatically last year when the league switched it to a “multi-day skills showdown” that culminates in a flag football game.

Entering Sunday, Hunter was tied for the league lead in tackles for a loss while ranking fifth in sacks.

Chase has set a new career high for receptions and is approaching 1,200 yards, despite [autotag]Joe Burrow[/autotag] going down with a season-ending injury weeks ago.

As for Queen, he’s a key member of one of the NFL’s top defenses in Baltimore, racking up 133 tackles to go along with 3.5 sacks, a forced fumble, and a pick.
