The Masters’ iconic music is one of the greatest themes in sports. The song, which is titled “Augusta” and was written by Dave Loggins, instantly evokes visions of magnolia lane, of perfectly manicured greens, and of azaleas surrounding the 12th green whenever it plays through your television.
Uproxx’s Brian Grubb took that serene tune and mashed it up with a supercut of people taking hard falls, getting thumped by windmills and falling into pools on ABC’s game show “Holey Moley.” The result is…. strangely soothing?
set some of my favorite Holey Moley wipeouts to the tinkly piano music from The Masters and, honestly, i think it improved both things pic.twitter.com/SdnwadXz9k
