The 49ers went three-and-out on their first drive, but their second series was much more successful. San Francisco went 86 yards on nine plays and capped their drive with a touchdown pass to George Kittle on a sweet play design by Kyle Shanahan that included a pair of fake screens before QB Brock Purdy threw to his tight end over the middle. Kittle did the rest and rumbled in for a 28-yard TD.
