NFL teams have highs and lows. A look at some of the more disappointing campaigns by each of the 32 teams since 2000.

We can hit 2003 and 2004 with the Titans, who wound up in the quagmire of Jeff Fisher and mediocrity. The first season saw a 12-4 mark and it flipped to 5-11 that feature a five-game losing streak. There were worse seasons under Ken Whisenhunt and Mike Mularkey but the expectations were not as grandiose as they were under Fisher.
