College football fans watching Saturday’s Big Ten championship game got an up-close shot of Jim Harbaugh. Like, really up close. Too up close.
During the No. 2 Michigan-Purdue conference title game in Indianapolis, the FOX broadcast cut to a shot of the Wolverines coach — only it wasn’t a typical shot. It was a view from the angle of the camera attached to the hat of a line judge, according to the broadcast.
It was kind of cool and a little frightening but also an interesting shot of what it’s like to be a game official with a head coach in your face. Actually, it’s terrifying, but it was met with mixed reviews from fans on Twitter.

A little extra sympathy goes out to refs who regularly have coaches far more irate than Harbaugh (in this moment) screaming in their faces after a call.
