The New England Patriots found a great way to honor their former wide receiver Randy Moss on Saturday as they took the field against the Los Angeles Chargers at home.

The Pro Football Hall of Famer and Patriots great recently revealed a cancer diagnosis, and New England made sure to offer its love by flying his No. 81 on a flag to lead the team on the field.

This was a really cool way for New England to support Moss through his battle with cancer, and Moss responded with words of appreciation for the gesture on Twitter (X).

The 40-7 final score didn’t go the Patriots’ way, but this classy gesture left the team a winner all the same.
