‘The noise at practice is actually louder’ Missouri QB Brady Cook is unfazed by Kyle Field

Apparently, according to QB Brady Cook, Missouri’s practices are louder than Kyle Filed on game day

25th-ranked Texas A&M (4-1, 2-0 SEC) will host the undefeated 9th-ranked Missouri Tigers (4-10, 1-0 SEC) on Saturday afternoon. The Aggies return to Kyle Field for what looks like the toughest matchup thus far, while the Tigers are coming off a bye week.

Over the past three days, head coaches and player representatives have spoken to the media, including Missouri’s starting quarterback, Brady Cook, who provided the quote of the week when discussing how the Tigers will prepare for the noise Kyle Field will undoubtedly provide ahead of the early kickoff.

However, instead of the usual humdrum answer, Cook discredited Kyle Fields’s impact, comparing the Stadium noise to what the Tigers have experienced in practice this week.

“The noise at practice is actually louder” Cook stated. “They put these two speakers pretty much two feet right behind me, and, I mean, you can’t hear anything, it’s loud. In Stadiums, it’s loud, but it’s like a surrounding kind of distant loud, so it’s alittle different. I think it’s just as loud or louder and tougher to communicate.”

If Aggie fans and alumni needed any extra motivation to show up on Saturday afternoon, It’s pretty clear that Cook has just thrown a fat pitch down the middle of the plate.

Texas A&M will host Missouri on Saturday, Oct. 5, at 11:00 a.m. CT. The game will air on ABC and will be available for streaming on ESPN+.
