The first NBA player to test positive for the coronavirus, the Utah Jazz’s Rudy Gobert, released an update from his quarantine on the official NBA Twitter account on Sunday thanking fans and expressing regret for initially not taking the spread of the disease more seriously. “I’m going to start by saying thank you to all the people that have been supportive and for all the positive energy,” he said in the video. “It really means a lot.
