The experts weigh in on the Texas A&M vs Florida matchup in Week 3

Texas A&M is a slight favorite in their Week 3 matchup against Florida

Texas A&M’s 52-10 win over McNeese State last weekend was a step in the right direction, as the team was able to work on some issues they saw in week 1. They will now travel to Gainsville to take on the Florida Gators on Saturday afternoon.

Both teams are in the same position of needing an impressive win to keep any hope of making the college playoffs at the end of the season. Florida is coming in extremely short-handed, with a staggering 16 players either out or questionable.

The Aggies, on the other hand, only have three players with the same status, and depending on how the final injury reports look on Friday, it might sway predictions.

Here is who the experts are picking to come out victorious in this week’s matchup:

Steven Lassan / Athlon Sports

Pete Fiutak / CFN

Big Game Ben / CFN

Corby Davidson / The Ticket

Lla Assimakopoulos / Colleges Insider

Texas A&M is not a heavy favorite, but they have a healthier team, and the offense found a little footing last week. Florida is just such an unknown at this point, and they will deploy a two-quarterback system on Saturday, adding more questions leading into the game.
