The decision was to stay at Calhoun …

The decision was to stay at Calhoun High School down the road from his home, where his three older brothers had also played. It was a small school in a small community, but Davison’s motto was “small town, big dreams.” He and his family believed he had to stay at home in Calhoun to have the best chance of making it out. “Coming from where I’m from, no one got highly recruited,” Davison said. “So that was just going across in my mind, will I get recruited? So I just went off to EYBL to get recruited and just stayed in my hometown to put on for them.”
