It was just over a year ago that the Las Vegas Raiders beat the Kansas City Chiefs 40-32 at Arrowhead Stadium, and the Vegas buses apparently did a victory lap around the arena before heading to the airport.
Fast-forward to Sunday. The Chiefs may have already had that on their minds heading into Week 14 … and then the Raiders decided to hold a pre-game huddle on Kansas City’s logo.
Oops. The Chiefs went out and blew them out 48-9.
And then? The PA played The Wheels on the Bus. Get it?
Even Patrick Mahomes made mention of the bus thing after the huge win:

"I know last time, [the Raiders] were doing bus laps around [Arrowhead Stadium] so we definitely wanted to make sure we were winning this time."

I certainly heard the #chiefs play “the wheels on the bus” as the #raiders left the field as I was out there for postgame. Chiefs used last season’s game as motivation all week I’m told. Mahomes shouted about it in the tunnel before they took the field.

The Chiefs are playing “the wheels on the bus go round and round.” On the PA system as the Raiders leave the field.
