No surprise to see Dungy on this list. The former Bucs head coach can be credited with helping to turn this franchise into a true contender. He helped build one of the league’s best defenses and got the Bucs to the playoffs in four of his six seasons. While Gruden may have been at the helm of the 2002 championship team, Dungy was truly the coach who helped revive the Bucs franchise.
