4.) Sam Wyche: 23-41 overall record
Wyche coached the Bucs from 1992 to 1995, but never won more than seven games in a season. Wyche also coached the Bengals for eight seasons from 1984 to 1991 and guided them to an appearance in Super Bowl XXIII, where they lost to the San Francisco 49ers. Wyche passed away earlier this year at the age of 74.
