With a whopping 19 wins, former Bucs head coach finds himself as the fifth-winningest coach in team history. That doesn’t mean much to Koetter, who failed to guide the Bucs to the postseason in his three seasons at the helm. He did have one winning year in 2016, when the team was a surprising 9-7. His firing paved the way for Bruce Arians to take over.
