The Buccaneers could very well be hosting the defending Super Bowl champions pending the result of Sunday’s game between the Chiefs and Niners. Tampa Bay opened Week 1 of the 2019 season by hosting the Niners at home. The good news for the Bucs about facing the Chiefs in 2020 is that it’s a home game for Tampa Bay, meaning if KC wins Super Bowl LIV and opens the 2020 season, the Bucs won’t be the sacrificial team sent out to face them. Still, no matter where the Bucs face the Chiefs, you know it’s going to be a tough matchup.
