Bullpen carts are always awesome, no matter what. Those are the rules, I don’t make them up.
Both back in the day and now, they’re baseball-themed and it’s just fun to see a reliever get driven in instead of running in. (Also, they’re really fun to drive, just ask our Michelle Martinelli who tried out to be the driver with the Nationals once).
But this bullpen cart? The one at the Tokyo Olympics that you’re staring at above? This one might be the GOAT. LOOK AT IT! So many reasons to love it, so let’s break them down one by one.
