An edge rusher from Texas has announced his commitment to the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Jaxon Lee is a pass-rushing specialist in the class of 2024 for Frisco Lonestar.

Lee had been offered a Preferred Walk On offer to Texas Texas before receiving his scholarship from Nebraska. So far this season Lee has recorded 33 tackles, nine for loss and 8.5 sacks while helping his team to a District Championship.

Lee told 247Sports why he decided to commit to the Cornhuskers.

“I loved everything about Nebraska. We were warmly received by all the coaching staff,” Lee said. “The facilities were top-notch. The game-day atmosphere was crazy! The tour was awesome! The food was pretty good too.”
