Depth Chart Overview
Bryce Foster (Sophomore) is currently projected as the starting center on the offensive line in Texas A&M’s pro-style offense, led by Head Coach Jimbo Fisher and Offensive Coordinator, Darrell Dickey. Foster is in a first-team offensive line group that includes left tackle, Trey Zuhn III (Redshirt Freshman),left guard, Jordan Spasojevic-Moko (Redshirt Sophomore), right guard, Layden Robinson (Redshirt Junior), and right tackle, Reuben Fatheree (Sophomore). Foster has the frame needed to have success in the interior at 6-4, 325lbs, has a solidly large base and big hips while showing great balance and awareness in pass protection with top-notch footwork and hand use, and exhibits a nasty demeanor and mauler mentality in run blocking, finishing his blocks at a high rate. Foster was seen as a great communicator during the 2021 season, helping ease the quarterback transition from Haynes King to Zach Calzada, with a keen understanding of defensive shifts, etc. Bryce Foster will be counted on as one of the younger leaders this season due to his steadfast dedication to the program, his passion for the game, and his brilliant play on the field. Look Foster’s sophomore season to be one of his best yet.
