Texas A&M is a finalist to land 2026 4-star WR out of Destrehan (LA)

Texas A&M is a finalist for rising 2026 wide receiver Jabari Mack

Texas A&M’s 2026 recruiting class could end up being the No. 1-ranked cycle when it’s all said and done, as coach Mike Elko and his staff continue to make headway with a long list of prospects, including four-star wide receiver Jabari Mack.

On Tuesday, Jabari Mack, entering his senior season at Detrehan (LA) High School, released his top 10 program list, which includes Nebraska, Oregon, Florida State, Ohio State, Texas, Michigan, LSU, Alabama, Tennessee, and Texas A&M.

Right now, four-star Aaron Gregory represents the position for the Aggies in the cycle. Still, in the age of commitment flips, the Texas Longhorns are currently pursuing Gregory, who has been rising in the ranks after committing to Texas A&M during the middle of the 2024 season.

After offering Mack last May, the Louisiana native attended a Texas A&M camp the following month and will likely visit the Aggies in the spring or summer.

At 6-foot and 192 pounds, Mack is a four-star prospect, ranked as the No. 119 overall prospect in the 2026 class by 247Sports, and the country’s No. 16 wide receiver.
