Texas A&M legend Mike Evans continues to put his stamp on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers franchise. On Sunday against the Philidelphia Eagles, Evans became the all-time scoring leader after catching a touchdown pass in the back of the endzone during the first quarter of the game.
The score put him at 596 points passing kicker Martin Gramatica further solidifying his claim as one of the greatest Buccaneers of all time. He currently holds the team records for receptions (780), yards (11,680), and touchdowns (97) along with a number of regular season records.
On top of being one of the most accomplished wide receivers in the Buccaneers’ franchise, he is also one of the most underrated receivers in NFL history. He holds the NFL record for the most consecutive 1,000 receiving yards to start a career. Circling back around to his record-setting weekend, he is one of three non-kickers to be a team all-time scoring leader
