The word on the Houston Texans’ Tank Dell, via NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, is the wide receiver suffered a dislocated kneecap in the loss to the Kansas City Chiefs on Saturday.

Dell was taken to the University of Kansas Medical Center to be treated. As of Rapoport’s report, the wideout had not undergone surgery for the injury, which coach DeMeo Ryans described as “significant.”
Dell was injured while catching a touchdown pass in the back of the end zone. He was hit by a wideout running a route and collided with Dell.
