The Houston Texans have brought back running back Darius Jackson.
The club announced they signed the former Dallas Cowboys 2016 sixth-round pick from Eastern Michigan to the practice squad.
Jackson originally spent time with Houston from Aug. 11 to Aug. 23, and the 27-year-old played in two preseason games with the Texans at the Green Bay Packers and the Dallas Cowboys.
The 6-0, 220-pound running back was not part of the Texans’ roster when Houston prepared to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the preseason finale.
Jackson has tallied six carries for 16 yards through four career games. The last time Jackson was active in a regular season game was Dec. 30, 2018, when the Cowboys beat the New York Giants 36-35.
