The Houston Texans might face a fully operational Baltimore Ravens offense in the divisional round.
Seven weeks after he suffered what appeared to be a season-ending ankle injury, Ravens tight end Mark Andrews was a full participant in Wednesday’s practice and could suit up against the Texans.

This is a huge development for the Ravens, as Andrews was quarterback Lamar Jackson’s top target before he went down with the ankle injury. He underwent surgery soon after Week 11, but the Ravens held out hope he could return if they made a deep playoff run. Well, it appears they only needed the bye week for Andrews to get healthy.
Funny enough, the Texans didn’t even see Andrews in Week 1 when these two teams faced the first time. Andrews was recovering from a quad injury he suffered before the season-opener. But when he did play, Andrews was a top-flight tight end. He caught 45 passes for 544 yards and six touchdowns in his 10 games of action this season.
The Ravens have a full stable of pass-catchers now with Andrews back. He’ll join wide receivers Odell Beckham Jr, Zay Flowers and Rashod Bateman as well as second-year tight end Isaiah Likely. More options for Jackson means the Texans defense will be spread a little thinner.
