Terrell Burgess spends the majority of his time during the week practicing with the Los Angeles Rams, preparing for the team’s upcoming opponent. However, this week, the former third-round pick took some time outside of practice to help give away backpacks and school supplies to students at Ritter Elementary School in Los Angeles.

Burgess partnered with UNIFY and Walmart to make the giveaway possible for the kids involved. The students were able to pick up a backpack and meet the third-year safety during the event.
Burgess, who is a California native, was seen giving high-fives and was all smiles while handing out school supplies to the students that showed up. It isn’t every day that you have an opportunity as a kid to meet a Super Bowl champion from the NFL.
On gamedays, Burgess is locked in and he’s focused on one goal, which is helping the Rams win. But whenever he isn’t strapping on a helmet and shoulder pads, he’s taking time out of his day to make sure he’s doing whatever he can to help the Los Angeles community.
