Tennessee-Vanderbilt game postponed

Tennessee is scheduled to play next against Vanderbilt on Saturday at Thompson-Boling Arena.

No. 10 Tennessee (9-1, 3-1 SEC) was scheduled to play at Vanderbilt Tuesday at 7 p.m. EST.

The Southeastern Conference announced Tuesday morning that the contest has been postponed due to COVID-19 concerns.

Tennessee is scheduled to play next against Vanderbilt on Saturday at Thompson-Boling Arena. The contest will tipoff at 6 p.m. EST with SEC Network televising the in-state matchup.

The Tennessee at Vanderbilt men’s basketball game of January 12 has been postponed due to a combination of positive tests, contact tracing and subsequent quarantining of individuals within the Vanderbilt basketball program, consistent with Southeastern Conference COVID-19 management requirements.
