With the 2020 NFL Draft now over, the Tennessee Titans’ roster is starting to take shape and we can begin to get a rough idea of what the early depth chart will look like.
Of course, more signings will happen to change this, but here’s a look at what the depth chart looks like before the Titans starting making their cuts en route to the 53-man roster later this year.
Note: Every player included in this depth chart is currently under contract or has reportedly signed as an undrafted free agent in 2020 (UDFAs are in bold).

Analysis
Right Tackle: The biggest battle of training camp will come at right tackle. For now, I have Kelly getting the edge over Wilson out of respect for the veteran. We’ve seen him get it done before, whereas Wilson is a wild card.
Slot Cornerback: Butler and Jackson will be the starting outside corners, and I have Kristian Fulton as effectively the No. 3 cornerback who will play in the slot. There could different bodies there during the course of the season, so don’t be surprised to see Jackson, Amani Hooker, or someone else play there sparingly. Fulton should be the main guy, though.
Outside Linebacker: The top-three outside linebackers are easily Landry, Beasley and Correa. There will be a battle for playing time behind them, though, as Gilbert, Roberson and Walker will all be vying for snaps. Signing Jadeveon Clowney would certainly spice the position up.
Backup Quarterback: There will be a competition for the backup job behind Tannehill between Woodside and McDonald. The team knows and likes Woodside, but you can’t deny McDonald has more upside and could win the job over him. If not, McDonald could get stashed on the practice squad.
Defensive Line: The only sure things here are Simmons and Jones. Beyond that, Crawford, Murchison and Mack will be battling it out for playing time throughout camp and the regular season.
Backup Offensive linemen: Douglas may survive another year on the Titans’ roster because of his ability to play center, on top of guard. If Kelly doesn’t win the starting job on the right side, he’ll be the do-it-all backup offensive lineman. If he wins the job, we could could see Gennesy be the top backup option at guard, with Sambrailo and Wilson as possible reserves at tackle.
Returners: For now, we’re sticking with the team’s top-two returners from last season in Kalif Raymond (KR) and Adam Humphries (PR) at the top of the depth chart. Obviously that can change, as guys like Cameron Batson and Darrynton Evans could make a push.
Holder: Kern will handle these duties once again.
