If you wanted to see new Tennessee Titans offensive lineman Isaiah Wilson in action, look no further than these college highlights from his days at Georgia.
Admittedly, that isn’t the greatest highlight reel, but you can view a better one here (Warning: song contains language that is NSFW).
In the second highlight video that is linked above, you get a better feel for just how strong and physical the massive 6-foot-6, 350-pound lineman is. He has the potential to be a real monster in the NFL if he can develop properly.
When asked what his best trait was, Wilson made it clear that it is his physicality, according to Jim Wyatt of Titans Online.
“I think the best part of my game is I am physical, and I enjoy beating people up,” Wilson said on a conference call Thursday night. “I enjoy running the ball, I enjoy trying to essentially break another man’s will. I would say that is my strong suit. … I just want to beat people up (on the football field) and I am looking forward to it. I am ready to work to be the best Titan I can be.”
While Wilson will need time to develop, Titans general manager Jon Robinson expects that he’ll compete for the starting job at right tackle with Dennis Kelly immediately.
Whether or not he wins that battle remains to be seen.
