Tennessee Titans given 2nd-highest odds to sign Tom Brady

The Titans are among the favorites to sign Tom Brady.

The Tennessee Titans are near the top of the list of odds to sign Tom Brady this offseason.

According to BetOnline, via Odds Shark, the Titans (+500) come in just behind the New England Patriots (-120), but top the rest of the teams that could be in the running for Brady if he hits the open market.

Here’s the full list of teams in the top 10 and their respective odds:

  • Patriots (-120)
  • Titans (+500)
  • Raiders/Chargers (+600)
  • Colts (+900)
  • 49ers (+1000)
  • Bucs (+1200)
  • Bears (+2000)
  • Cowboys (+2500)
  • Dolphins (+3300)

There are numerous reasons why the Titans have been talked about as one of the top potential destinations for Brady if he decides to leave the Patriots.

First and foremost, he is good friends with former teammate and current Titans head coach, Mike Vrabel.

The Titans are also a win-now team after falling one game shy of playing in Super Bowl LIV, have a ton of impressive offensive weapons, and a quarterback-friendly offense, which is a great situation for Brady.

While the fit seems like a good one, there is a very real possibility that the Titans want to retain their quarterback from last season in Ryan Tannehill, who took the team from a 2-4 start to a 9-7 finish and a playoff berth.

On the surface, running it back with Tannehill seems like the obvious choice after he performed as one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL in 2019.

But at the very least the Titans have to be intrigued by the thought of replacing him with a six-time Super Bowl winner and arguably the greatest quarterback in NFL history if Brady is indeed looking to play elsewhere.
