Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech, Lousiville, Miami, LSU, Oregon, Penn State, Alabama, Appalachian State, Florida, Auburn, Michigan, Duke and North Carolina State join Tennessee to make up the diverse list of schools.
Pounds is a 3-star prospect who weighs in at 6-foot-6, 305 pounds and is rated the No. 41 offensive tackle in his class and the No. 25 player in North Carolina per the 247Sports Composite. The Raleigh native has Tennessee offensive line coach Will Friend as his primary recruiter, with running backs coach Jay Graham in support.
