Tennessee’s success recruiting out of St. Frances Academy has continued as the Vols earned a pledge from 4-star outside linebacker Aaron Willis to be a part of the 2021 recruiting class.

Willis is the No. 9 outside linebacker in the country on the 247Sports Composite, the No. 112 player in his class and the No. 4 player in Maryland at 6-foot, 207-pounds.
UT beat out Alabama, LSU, Maryland and other major college football programs to land the instinctive linebacker. Willis has the potential to become an excellent linebacker in coverage at the college level, while already having a quick twitch and acting as a nightmare for high school quarterbacks while playing for St. Frances Academy.
Tight ends coach Joe Osovet is Willis’ primary recruiter for Tennessee, with help from inside linebackers coach Brian Niedermeyer.
Willis is the second outside linebacker commitment to Tennessee’s 2021 class, joining 5-star Florida native Terrence Lewis. The Vols have the best class in the SEC for 2021.
