Tennessee running back commit to play nationally televised game Friday

Tennessee running back commit to play nationally televised game Friday.

It is a big night for Parkview High School running back Cody Brown in Georgia, as his Panthers prepare to travel to Grayson High School for a nationally-televised game on ESPN2.

The Tennessee pledge is 4-star prospect on the 247Sports Composite, standing at 6-foot, 227 pounds. 247Sports rates Brown as the No. 9 running back in his class and the No. 17 player in Georgia.

Brown has formed a potent rushing duo with 3-star Tyler Curtis, combining for over 1,200 rushing yards so far this season.

Grayson High School is another feeder for Tennessee, as it is the alma mater of current offensive tackle Wanya Morris.

Parkview and Grayson will kick off at 6 p.m. EDT on ESPN2.
