Tennessee football is predicted to flip 2026 South Carolina commit.

Tennessee is predicted to flip 2026 athlete Rodney Colton Jr.’s commitment from South Carolina, according to Tom Loy at 247Sports.

The 6-foot-1, 220-pound athlete from Newnan High School in Newnan, Georgia, recently unofficially visited Tennessee when the Vols hosted Florida on Oct. 5.

He ranks as four-star in 247Sports’ Composite rankings, ranked as the No. 152 national prospect, No. 12 linebacker and No. 18 player in Georgia.

The 2026 prospect plays linebacker and safety. Colton Jr. committed to South Carolina on April 24.

Tennessee has four commitments in its 2026 recruiting class: Quarterback Faizon Brandon, tight end Carson Sneed, offensive lineman Brandon Anderson and defensive lineman Tyson Bacon.
