Rubin is a raw, 6-foot 180-pound prospect that holds a collection of offers from programs across all levels of college football.
Outside of Tennessee, schools such as Austin Peay, UT Martin, LSU, Liberty and Southern Miss have offered Rubin. A junior at White House, Rubin does not yet hold a Composite rating, but is listed as a 3-star prospect and the No. 19 player in the state of Tennessee for his class.
Defensive coordinator Derrick Ansley is the primary recruiter for Rubin, as Tennessee currently has seven prospects committed to the 2021 recruiting class.
