Tennessee has offered in-state quarterback prospect Braylen Ragland.
Ragland is a 2023 quarterback from Memphis, Tennessee.
He does not currently hold any ratings from the 247Sports Composite, but is starting to capture the attention of Southeastern Conference programs. Auburn was the first SEC program to extend an offer, along with Mississippi State and Texas A&M showing interest.
